    Do you deliver outside London?

    Yes, we cover all Greater London and the Home counties with daily deliveries. In London only we can also offer emergency deliveries.

    What is the minimum spend per drop?

    We have a minimum drop value of £80 inside London and £120 outside London. We offer a single drop for all your products reducing the need for multiple deliveries.

    Do you only stock Dairy Products?

    No, we also offer a large range of other products, including dairy alternatives, fresh juices, eggs, bread, dry goods plus fine ingredients including nuts, seeds, dried fruits, grains, spices, herbs, canned goods, oils, vinegars, pasta, rice, chutneys, conserves and patisserie products.

    Do you stock any organic or free range products?

    Yes, we have a full range of organic and free range products and we are organic certified and audited.

    How sustainable are you?

    Foodspeed has followed a sustainable pathway for many years. 100% carbon neutral, in addition to B Corp accreditation we also hold Planet Mark certification through which we measure and aim to reduce our carbon footprint annually.

    How are payments made?

    We can take payments by direct debit or by BACS.

    What is the cut-off time to place an order?

    11pm is the order cut-off time for next day delivery.

    Do you work with local farmers, producers and suppliers?

    Yes, we partner with many local producers and manufacturers and have longstanding relationships with farmer and family-owned businesses.

    Can you source a specific product for us?

    Yes, we are happy to investigate specific products that you may require. Using our trusted network of suppliers to source products, we will always try our best.

    Can you ship internationally?

    Yes, we can consider large orders for export, depending on the type of product and destination.

    What accreditations do you hold?

    We are a certified B Corp, accredited by Planet Mark and audited by both NSF and the Organic Food Federation, plus we have our own in-house sustainability, quality and technical team to oversee product specifications and allergens.
