Our environmental commitment is reinforced by sourcing from local producers and independent farms where possible. So you can be assured that you are not buying products that have travelled large distances to reach you.
Our principal supply of fresh milk & cream comes from Gloucestershire, less than 100 miles away, whilst Tims Dairy Yogurts are made in Buckinghamshire, only 11 miles away, Mediterranean salads and dips travel 10 miles from NW London and our mayonnaise is produced in High Wycombe, just 22 miles away.
These are just a few examples of working with local suppliers, which all help in reducing the overall food miles from the farm to your fridge.
We are always seeking out independent farms and local producers to supply us with interesting and innovative new products, such as Netherend Farm with its pure rustic Farmhouse Butter. We also make sure that dairy products and eggs are produced to high environmental and animal welfare standards.
